from a WISEBride herself...

“When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."
– When Harry Met Sally

One of the best things I did as we prepared to plan our wedding was sign up and take the WISEBRIDE course. The benefits were truly countless. Planning our perfect day was so much fun and so incredibly special. I loved so much of the process and digging into it with my now husband along with Carrie was a huge gift. Planning a big event can also come with unexpected scenarios and a variety of issues. It was unbelievably useful to have the tools to help move through those challenges with calm and confidence. The work on the front end with the emphasis on self care, creating an authentic vision along with stress management reached much further into other aspects of life…but were especially beneficial as we navigated planing our special day. So much of the course content really helped my husband and I to focus on what was important to us. We are blessed to have a large and loving family and friend community and we wanted so much to create a wedding weekend for us to celebrate our love in a genuine way that encapsulates who we are as a couple. Carrie was our rock and our inspiration and walked us through everything so gracefully! Her work in wedding and event design was useful because she had the ability to anticipate so many aspects that would make the day feel beautiful and seamless. We felt so cared for and confident in her very capable hands. Michael and I had such an incredibly special wedding day. It was meaningful, heartfelt and a ridiculous amount of fun! It had all the elements we wanted. I wholeheartedly recommend WISEBride to anyone planning a wedding (incidentally not just for brides as my husband Michael also got so much out of the course).
